When you use BOSS TONE STUDIO for RC

When using BOSS TONE STUDIO for RC, before you start, check the following points.

< RC-202 >

Set "USB Mode" to "mass storage mode."

Verify that the RC-3 itself is at the latest version.

Verify that the RC-30 itself is at the latest version.

DOWNLOAD AND EXPAND THE ARCHIVE FILE

Download the file named "bts_rc_w130.zip".
The downloaded file is an archive file in zip format. Right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

HOW TO INSTALL

Going into the bts_rc_w130 folder created by expanding bts_rc_w130.zip and double-clicking BOSS TONE STUDIO for RC Setup.exe starts installation.
Thereafter, follow the on-screen installation instructions to proceed with installation.
When the "Installation Complete" message appears, click [close] to finish.

STARTING THE APPLICATION

Turn on RC Series.
Connect RC Series and computer with USB cable.
For more information on how to make the connection, refer to the RC series owner's manual, "Connecting to Your Computer via USB."
Double click the BOSS TONE STUDIO for RC icon.

* Internet connectivity is required for using functions of TONE CENTRAL and downloading updated version of TONE STUDIO. (Please note that you might be charged for packet fee depends on your connectivity service.)

Please be aware that differences in design or conditions of use may produce differences in the processing power of otherwise similar computers.
